Common questions

  • Managing your subscription. Open the app and go to Settings → Billing to update your payment method, change plans, or cancel. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
  • Adding workers. Go to Workers in the admin area to create workers and issue 4-digit PINs, then share your crew sign-in link.
  • Location at clock-in. Tool records GPS location only at the moment a worker clocks in or out, to verify jobsite presence. It does not track location in the background.
  • Deleting your account. To permanently delete your account and associated data, email Martin@llma.life from your account email, or use the account-deletion option in Settings. See our Privacy Policy for details.
